Maternity Fashion: Blue and White

Hi guys! I have been going through such a hard time trying to find clothes to fit this growing belly. I am excited that the weather is changing because I can wear more dresses and stop trying to fit in to my pre-pregnancy jeans. I saw this dress in H&M and knew it would be perfect for me and I love it because I can wear it after I have the baby as well. It doesn't have any stretch in it so I may not get much use out of it in the coming months but it's perfect for now.

I was going to a concert this day so I wanted to be comfortable so I paired this dress with these adorable Aldo slides. They are super comfy and in-trend for the summer. I am excited that flats and sneakers are so trendy this summer. I can be comfortable during pregnancy without compromising style.

Blazer and Booties

Outfit Details

T-Shirt: H&M / Blazer: H&M / Jeans: Urban Outfitters (similar here) / Hat: Forever 21 (similar here) / Booties: Forever 21 (here)

Fall is back!!!! Even though its 90+ degrees outside, I am getting ready for the fall season with blazers, boots, and fun fall accessories. I wore this outfit for a corporate visit at work yesterday and I wanted to give it a little style and edge with my hat, and cut-out booties. I have been addicted to black denim lately. I feel that they are an important piece to have in your wardrobe for all seasons.

These booties were a purchase from last year so I was excited that I can finally bring them back out now. I am currently in search of a great pair of leather booties that I can wear with anything and get me through the fall and winter months.

P.S. Yesterday I was featured on my FAVORITE style blog Fashionbombdaily.com. For years, that has been a goal or a wish of mine and I was so excited to finally be featured. The comments were really harsh and I started to regret the feature. But I woke up this morning saying I would not allow the HATERS to bring me down. I am comfortable in my skin, I enjoy what I do, and dare I say, I look good doing it lol. So I was actually motivated to keep going and keep getting better. Thanks to all my readers for your support. XOXO

Leather and Leopard

I'm sure I need leopard therapy. Leopard is my all time favorite print and I own so much of it; from shoes, scarves, bags, comforter sets, and home accessories. So when I saw this top at H&M, I had to have it. I love the fact that it has the leather sleeves because it gives the top a little more edge and fun.
It is also a great top to have because of its versatility. I love clothes that I can wear to work and out. Go out and add some leopard to your wardrobe. Trust me, its a print that will bring happiness to your day. :-)

Happy Tuesday!!!!

BRIGHT COLORBLOCKING

I have always been into color blocking but knew that I wasn't the girl to wear bright blue jeans and a bright yellow top. I love it on others but it simply isn't my style. Subtlety is more my cup of tea. Once I got these shoes from Forever 21, I knew the color would look great with my blue clutch and would be the simple bright color blocking look I was going for. I love these heels because of the bright orange color and the cone shaped heel. The heel makes them so comfortable but not taking away from the overall look.

Plaid Shirts and Sunshine

Jeans: similar here / Plaid Shirt: similar here / T-Shirt: similar here /

Necklace: similar here / Shoes: similar here

Hey guys!! This week has been such a stressful week with work and maintaining my household. How has your week been going? This outfit was shot during one of my casual, relaxing days. I love the way the plaid shirt tied around my waist adds a little edge to my casual look. I plan on buying a couple more plaid shirts because I really love this style. And because it is only used as an accessory, you can use an old shirt that you haven't worn in years, your boyfriend or dads, or even a great vintage find.

LOVE is all we NEED....

Sweatshirt: Forever 21 (here) / Skirt: H&M (similar) / Shoes: Zara (similar)

Here we are on the 27th of March, and there is still talk of snow and wind chills but nothing on spring, sunshine, and flowers. I know I have said this time and time again but this weather is really getting the best of me. Instead of snuggling up under the covers watching movies,  I would like to be out eating ice cream and taking long walks in the park. Well, I digress.

I decided to bring spring to my life even if the weather man doesn't want it around. I am all for florals and pastels to help bring the season to life.  This cropped sweatshirt definitely did the trick. As soon as I put it on, it made me want to go the park and take pics for the blog. I wore it with a high-waisted skirt and nude pumps to add a level of sophistication and sexiness to an otherwise casual sweatshirt. Although it looks like a nice 70 degree weather day in these pics, it was quite the opposite. I was only able to get a couple of posts in because I couldn't take the severe chill that I was dealing with.

How do you feel about the floral trend? Feel free to share in the comments. I would also love to see pics of you readers rocking your floral pieces. Send them in. Have a great Thursday loves!!!

Kisses..

Pardon My Back

Shirt, Zara - Jeans, American Apparel - Shoes (similar here), Bebe - Necklace, H&M - Sunglasses, Ray-Ban

Happy Monday!! I have been really bad at posting but with the change of season, I will definitely be more consistent. I enjoyed the weather this past weekend and decided it was the perfect time to get back into the swing of things. I've also been waiting on the perfect time to wear this new top I got from Zara. I love the print on the top. The colorful brush stroke pattern on this top with the exposed back makes this one of my favorite items in my closet right now. It gives off a classy from the front, sexy from the back vibe. Tune in later this week because I will make sure to have a couple more posts throughout the week.

Kisses!!

OVERALLS

Overalls: Forever 21 / Top: H&M / Booties:
Steve Madden

I have been eyeing the overall trend for some time now. But anytime I considered purchasing a pair, I would cringe at the thought of me wearing my baggy overalls in 4th grade. That is not exactly the look I was trying to recreate. So I decided to pair with a silk button-down and heels and instantly turn that childhood memory into a trendy, cute weekend outfit. They are even really cute with a nice pair of sneakers or flats...... Kisses!!!

Winter Whites

It's so funny that even in this day and age, there are still people who think it's a "no-no" to wear white after Labor Day. Even with celebs like Kim Kardashian who make white in the winter look so fab. I think white jeans are a nice alternative to your everyday black or blue jeans. It is such a clean look and looks great with dark colors in the winter. I decided to break the rules today and wear my white jeans. I paired them with a crisp denim shirt, black ankle boots and a leopard scarf. I plan on making these a staple in my wardrobe for the remainder of the season. Do you follow this rule? Do you believe that white can be worn all year round?

Kisses...
